Refund & Returns Policy

At Seung Tae, your satisfaction and skin health are our priorities. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong product or quantity)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed skincare products
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or suitability)
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
  • Items without proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Seung Tae reserves the right to make the final decision if the returned item is deemed to be in unsatisfactory condition or if the terms above are not met.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the return criteria:

Please email us at customerservice@seungtaeglobal.com with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Please wait for our confirmation before returning any item.
Our team will evaluate and respond within 5 working days.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide the return address and guide you through the process
  • Do not dispose of any damaged or defective items before contacting us
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If a replacement is available, we will arrange for a new item to be sent
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

You will be notified regarding the status of your replacement or refund via WhatsApp or email.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to third-party accounts.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping fees only for wrong, defective, or damaged items
  • For all other reasons, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
